We currently ship across India. For bulk or special orders, please contact us directly to confirm delivery availability to your location.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on most orders above a certain value (as per promotional offer).

  • For orders below the minimum threshold, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and item weight.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email. You can use this to monitor your shipment status in real-time.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts. If the delivery fails after these attempts, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered, please:

  • Refuse delivery and notify us immediately, or

  • Take clear photos and report the issue within 24 hours of receipt

We will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
