We take great care in delivering quality electronic products such as CPUs, motherboards, monitors, pendrives, mice, and other accessories. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products showing signs of physical damage not caused during delivery

  • Items that have been used, altered, or tampered with

  • Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or invoice

  • Software or downloadable items

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear images (if applicable)

  • Our team will verify and guide you through the return process

Products must be shipped back to us at your cost unless the issue is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after collecting bank details.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is found defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on stock availability.

  • Replacements are subject to the same 7-day return window and verification process.

6. Cancellation After Shipment

If the order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it. You may choose to refuse delivery and request a return once the item is received back at our warehouse.
