Order Cancellation by Customer:

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via phone or email:

  • If the cancellation is approved before shipping, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation by DSPS ECOM TRADE PRIVATE LIMITED:

We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Unavailability of the product

  • Pricing or stock errors

  • Incomplete or invalid address/payment information

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Note:

  • Orders for specific electronic items like CPU, motherboard, pendrive, and monitor cannot be cancelled once shipped due to the nature of packaging and handling.

  • Custom or bulk orders may be subject to a separate cancellation agreement based on mutual terms.
